Cancellation Policy / Make-ups

• We reserve the right to cancel a class or workshop if the minimum enrollment is not reached, (4 for Private and Homeschool Classes; 6 for Coiled Bowl Workshops).

• Full tuition will be returned if class or workshop is not conducted.

• Cancellations at least one week prior to the start of a class, workshop or event are eligible for a 100% refund.  Team building workshops require a 3 week notice of cancellation for a full refund.

• Cancellations less than 1 week prior to the start of class are eligible for 75% refund. Team Building Workshops will be rescheduled.

• Cancellations received within 24 hours of the start of class and “no shows” are NOT eligible for refunds.

• Team Building and Event deposits will be retained when the registrant withdraws less than 2 weeks prior to the event.

• Make-ups: Make-up classes for homeschool courses are provided at the discretion of the instructor.  Every effort will be made to get students caught up with work in class.

• Special circumstances will be considered, but please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel or postpone your class.
